Buffet Options

Lunch Buffet allows you to choose from a selection of delicious hot meals together with a selection of salads and cold meats.

This is inclusive of fresh breads, tossed green salad and cold cuts, a vegetarian option is always available.

Selections must be made a minimum of 7 days prior to the event and our team will be happy to help you with any dietary requirements.

Cold platters

  • Cold poached salmon, tomato & caper Vierge

  • Hand carved baked ham, honey & mustard glaze.

  • Selection of little quiches: goats’ cheese & sun-dried tomato / leek & aged cheddar / walnut & blue cheese (v)

  • Roast beef (served pink) watercress & pickled red onions.

  • Sliced pastrami, choucroute, cornichons.

  • Milk poached smoked haddock, pickled mussels, parsley, crème vinaigrette.

  • Roast turkey with picked cranberries & crispy sage
